🚨 WE ARE HIRING – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (BDO)
🏢 Galaxy Multistate Multipurpose Co-operative Society
📍 Location: PCMC / Branch Location
💼 Experience: 1–5 Years
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience + Incentives)
🔹 Required Product Experience:
CASA | FD | RD | Gold Loan | Home Loan (HL) | LAP | PLBL
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
• Generate new business through field sales
• Achieve monthly targets (Liability & Loan products)
• Source customers for FD, RD & CASA
• Generate leads for Gold Loan, HL/LAP, PLBL
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure proper documentation & compliance
🎯 Candidate should be target-oriented, aggressive in sales & have local market knowledge.
