Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Pune.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, engaging in account management, and driving revenue growth.

The role involves active collaboration with internal teams to achieve business targets and deliver value-added solutions to clients.

* Field visits to new clients PAN India

* Showing & explaining our products

* Arranging client meetings

* Dispatching sample orders

* Coordinating new order dispatch

Qualifications

• Strong experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Proficiency in Business and Account Management skills
• Excellent Communication skills to maintain client relationships
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business goals
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors is a plus
