Job Description
• Handle high-intent leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Conduct persuasive counseling sessions that convert prospects into paid enrollments.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly conversion targets.
• Maintain a strong pipeline through consistent follow-ups and relationship building.
• Understand student needs and pitch the right Notion LearnINT services effectively.
• Overcome objections confidently and guide students toward decision-making.
• Evaluate student profiles and provide strategic guidance.
• Recommend appropriate Online UG and PG courses, professional certification courses, and
regular UG and PG courses programs, universities, and timelines.
• Build trust with students by explaining the complete admissions journey.
