Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Role Summary

• Generate and qualify new B2B leads
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales records and follow-up systems

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales

• Identify and approach potential B2B clients through calls, online research, and networking
• Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed business
• Meet assigned sales targets and activity goals

Client Handling

• Communicate with clients to understand requirements
• Present products/services and basic pricing information
• Maintain professional, long-term client relationships

Coordination

• Share clear client requirements with design and production teams
• Follow up internally to ensure timely execution and delivery

Reporting & Tracking

• Update CRM or sales tracking sheets regularly
• Maintain follow-up schedules and sales reports

Market Awareness

• Keep basic awareness of market trends and competitor activity
• Share useful insights with the management team
