Business Development Manager (BDM)

1.Coordinate daily activities of the BDE team.

2.Ensure timely follow-up on leads, customer inquiries, samples & trails.

3.Act as a communication bridge between BDEs, marketing, and management.

4.Assist in planning and executing market visits, product demos, and customer meetings.

5.Collect daily activity reports from all BDE team members.

6.Track leads, conversions, customer feedback, and market developments.

7.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales & marketing reports.

8.Maintain CRM records and update lead status regularly.

9.Support execution of marketing campaigns for DVS cultures and dairy solutions.

10.Coordinate promotional materials (brochures, presentations, technical data sheets).

11.Assist in organizing exhibitions, seminars, dairy industry events, and product launches.

12.Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the dairy industry.

13.Follow up with customers for quotations, samples, trials, and feedback.

14.Assist BDEs in post-sales coordination and customer satisfaction tracking.

15.Maintain database of dairy customers, distributors, and prospects.

16.Ensure proper documentation of sales activities, trials, and approvals.

17.Maintain organized records for management review and audits.

18.Support internal processes aligned with company quality and DVS culture standards.
