⭐ Job Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding colleges, courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities.

Handle incoming inquiries (calls, walk-ins, leads) and convert them into admissions.

Maintain follow-ups with students to ensure smooth admission processes.

Meet monthly targets assigned by the management.

Maintain records and update CRM regularly.

Coordinate with colleges, internal teams, and students for documentation and scheduling.

Excellent communication & convincing skills.

Confident, proactive, and target oriented.

Ability to understand student needs and provide the right guidance.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, calling tools, CRM).

Graduation preferred.
