Business Development & Sales Executive

Job Overview

• Location: Talwade / Nigdi (Pimpri-Chinchwad), Pune.
• Role Type: Full-time, Sales/Business Development.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are often welcome).
• Key Products: HTV rolls, sublimation machines, DTF films, and "Lions Guard" car ceramic coatings.
• Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Prospecting: Making daily calls to potential clients, including garment printing shops, t-shirt manufacturers, and car detailing studios.
• Lead Generation: Identifying new business opportunities and converting leads from platforms like IndiaMART or TradeIndia into active customers.
• Product Expertise: Explaining the technical specifications of printing materials (GSM, microns, peel types) and car care products to prospective buyers.
• Sales Conversion: Following up with leads to close sales, negotiate pricing for bulk orders, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of calls, feedback, and customer requirements in the database.
• Customer Support: Handling queries regarding shipment status, product usage, or payment issues to ensure long-term retention.
• Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: 12th Pass or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Communication: Fluency in Hindi and Marathi is usually essential; basic English is preferred for professional correspondence.
• Persuasion: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
• Technical Literacy: Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel) and familiarity with CRM tools or calling software.
• Industry Interest: (Plus) Interest in the textile printing or automotive detailing industry.
