Job Description
- Control and monitor staff work on a daily basis and ensure task completion
- Allocate tasks to office staff / articles and take status updates
- Maintain work tracker / task list and deadline monitoring (GST, TDS, ROC, audit, etc.)
- Client follow-ups for pending documents, payments, and compliance requirements
- Support partners/seniors in ensuring timely delivery and quality checking of work
- Strong communication + coordination skills
- Ability to control office work, follow-up, and meet deadlines
