Key Responsibilities:🔹 Prepare and cook Continental dishes as per standard recipes

🔹 Assist in mise-en-place and daily kitchen prep work

🔹 Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards

🔹 Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (FIFO, storage, labeling)

🔹 Support senior chefs in service operations

🔹 Handle station independently (for CDP role)

🔹 Monitor stock levels and reduce wastage

🔹 Follow SOPs and kitchen discipline at all times

Requirements:✔️ Commi 2: 1–3 years experience in Continental cuisine

✔️ CDP: 4–7 years experience in Continental cuisine

✔️ Hotel Management / Culinary Diploma preferred

✔️ Experience in reputed hotels/restaurants

✔️ Basic to fair English communication

✔️ Team player with positive attitude
