Job Description

We are hiring for our sister company The Thai Chillies Chinese Restaurant.

Location-Pune


Chinese Chef: Prepares authentic Chinese dishes including stir-fries, noodles, dim sum, and sauces. Manages wok station, ensures food quality, maintains hygiene standards, monitors inventory, and follows recipes. Works efficiently during busy hours while maintaining taste and presentation.

Thai Chef: Cooks traditional Thai cuisine such as curries, soups, and stir-fried dishes. Balances flavors (sweet, sour, spicy, salty), prepares fresh ingredients, ensures quality control, and maintains kitchen cleanliness and safety standards.

Continental Chef: Prepares European dishes including grills, pasta, sauces, and baked items. Designs menus, ensures proper plating, maintains hygiene, and manages stock and kitchen equipment.

Pantry Chef: Prepares salads, cold appetizers, sandwiches, and desserts. Maintains food presentation standards, ensures freshness, organizes cold storage, and follows hygiene and safety procedures.

Cashier: Handles customer billing, processes cash and digital payments, maintains transaction records, provides receipts, and delivers friendly customer service. Ensures accuracy in billing and balances cash register daily.

Waiter: Greets customers, presents menus, takes orders, serves food and beverages, ensures guest satisfaction, handles complaints politely, and maintains cleanliness of tables and dining area.

Steward: Cleans utensils, dishes, and kitchen equipment. Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, disposes waste properly, and supports kitchen staff during operations.

Kitchen Helper: Assists chefs in food preparation, washes and cuts ingredients, maintains cleanliness, organizes supplies, and ensures smooth kitchen workflow while following hygiene standards.
