Civil Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Civil Engineer to oversee the technical execution and management of our residential project. You will be responsible for ensuring that all structural and infrastructural elements are built to code, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of residential building systems, site development, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Lead the engineering lifecycle of residential units, from site clearing and foundation work to final structural inspections.
• Technical Review: Review architectural and structural blueprints to identify potential design clashes or value-engineering opportunities.
• Contractor Management: Supervise on-site contractors and subcontractors to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and safety protocols.
• Quality Control: Implement rigorous QC/QA procedures for materials (concrete, steel, etc.) and construction methodology.
• Budget & Scheduling: Monitor project timelines and material costs, providing regular progress reports to stakeholders and identifying potential delays.
• Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with local authorities to ensure all permits are in place and the project adheres to zoning laws and building codes.
• Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and site supervisors, fostering a culture of technical excellence and safety.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: 5 to 6 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in residential or commercial projects(multi-family, high-rise, or large-scale estates).
• Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD.
