Job Summary:

Cleaning staff are responsible for ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in homes, offices, and commercial spaces. The role involves deep cleaning tasks such as sofa shampooing, carpet vacuuming, floor mopping, and general sanitation using appropriate cleaning tools and chemicals.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and office areas.
• Vacuum and shampoo sofas, carpets, and rugs.
• Dust furniture, windows, blinds, and surfaces.
• Mop and sweep floors; polish surfaces when required.
• Clean glass surfaces, doors, and partitions.
• Dispose of garbage and maintain proper waste segregation.
• Use cleaning machines or tools as per training (e.g., vacuum cleaners, steamers).
• Replenish cleaning supplies and inform supervisors about shortages.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear when necessary.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned cleaning tasks at client locations.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:No formal education required (basic literacy preferred).
• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is an advantage.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, machines, and safety protocols.
• Physically fit and able to handle cleaning equipment.
• Ability to travel to different job locations as needed.
• Honest, punctual, and hardworking attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
