Key Responsibilities:
• Client interaction & relationship building
• Handling client queries and service requests
• Follow-up calls and client coordination
• Support service delivery and operations team
• Maintain client data and records
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention
Eligibility:
• Minimum 2 years experience in client handling/customer service
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Basic computer/mobile knowledge
