Job Description
- Assist doctors, therapists, or wellness experts during patient consultations and treatments
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before and after sessions
- Record patient details, medical history, and treatment plans in digital or paper files
- Help with basic health check-ups like measuring weight, height, blood pressure, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in consultation and therapy areas
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Educate clients about post-treatment care or general wellness instructions
- Handle basic administrative duties like billing, report filing, and inventory checks
- Maintain stock of clinical supplies and wellness products
- Offer empathetic and respectful support to all patients and visitors
