CNC Machine Operator

The Store Executive is responsible for managing store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production requirements, and ensuring timely material availability and dispatch. The role plays a critical part in smooth manufacturing and supply-chain operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Store ManagementReceive raw materials, bought-out parts, and finished goods as per GRN.
• Verify quantity and quality of materials against invoices and delivery challans.
• Maintain proper storage, identification, and labeling of materials.
• Update stock records in ERP / Excel / manual registers.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile differences.
• Material Issue & Production SupportIssue materials to production as per approved requisitions.
• Ensure timely availability of fixtures, components, and consumables.
• Coordinate with production and planning teams for material requirements.
• Dispatch & LogisticsPrepare materials for dispatch as per sales orders.
• Ensure correct packing, documentation, and handover to logistics team.
• Maintain dispatch records and follow up on deliveries if required.
• Documentation & ReportingMaintain records such as GRN, MRN, stock registers, and dispatch details.
• Prepare daily/weekly stock and consumption reports.
• Support audits and compliance requirements.
• Safety & HousekeepingMaintain cleanliness and organization of store area.
• Follow safety norms for handling heavy and precision fixtures.
• Ensure proper material stacking and space utilization.
