A skilled professional responsible for operating and programming CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines such as VMC (Vertical Machining Center) and HMC (Horizontal Machining Center) to manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.

• ⚙️ Key Responsibilities🖥️ ProgrammingCreate, edit, and optimize CNC programs (G-code / M-code)
• Use CAM software (like Mastercam, Siemens NX, Fusion 360, etc.)
• Interpret technical drawings and CAD models
• Set tooling paths, speeds, and feeds
• 🏭 Machine OperationSet up and operate VMC, CNC, and HMC machines
• Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
• Perform trial runs and ensure quality output
• 🛠️ Setup & ToolingSelect appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and fixtures
• Set tool offsets and calibrate machines
• Perform machine setup for new jobs
• 📏 Quality ControlMeasure finished parts using instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, CMM)
• Ensure parts meet tolerance and quality standards
• Inspect for defects and correct issues
