Job Description: CNC Machine Operator (Fresher)
Location: Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune
Experience Required: Fresher candidates only
- Job Responsibilities:Operate CNC machines as per work instructions and supervisor guidance
- Load and unload components on the CNC machine
- Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth production
- Perform basic measurements using measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, etc.)
- Maintain quality standards and report any defects or issues
- Follow safety rules and company policies on the shop floor
- Support senior operators and learn CNC programming basics (training will be provided)
- Eligibility Criteria:Fresher candidates are encouraged to apply
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, CNC, or related trade preferred
- Basic knowledge of CNC machines is an added advantage
- Willingness to learn and work in rotational shifts
- Physically fit for shop-floor work
