Computer Hardware Engineer / Field Engineer

We are looking for a Field Engineer to provide on-site technical support, installation, and maintenance of systems and equipment. The candidate should be able to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth operations at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure hardware/software at client sites
• Provide on-site technical support
• Troubleshoot and resolve system/network issues
• Perform regular maintenance and updates
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Maintain service reports and documentation
