Computer Hardware Technician

We are looking for a skilled Hardware Chip-Level Technician to diagnose and repair laptops and computer motherboards at chip level.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in board-level troubleshooting and component replacement.

• Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair laptop/desktop motherboards at chip level
• Identify faults in power section, shorting, no display, no power, dead boards, etc.
• Replace faulty ICs, MOSFETs, capacitors, resistors, BIOS chips, etc.
• Perform BIOS programming and firmware updates
• Use tools like soldering iron, hot air gun, multimeter, DC power supply
• Read schematics and boardview files (if available)
• Test and ensure proper working after repair
• Maintain repair records and update job status
• Keep workbench clean and organized
• 1–3 years experience in laptop/desktop chip-level repair
• Strong knowledge of motherboard circuits
• Experience in SMD soldering and BGA rework (preferred)
• Ability to troubleshoot independently
• Basic computer knowledge
