Continental Cook

Responsibilities:

• Prepare café dishes like pasta, mac & cheese, loaded fries, burgers, sandwiches and salads

• Maintain food quality and presentation

• Work with existing kitchen chef to prepare fusion café menu

• Maintain kitchen hygiene and stock

• Prepare sauces and café style plating

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of pasta and continental dishes

• Fast kitchen service during rush hours

• Teamwork with other chefs
