Job Profile:We are looking for an experienced Maharashtrian Cook skilled in preparing traditional village-style non-veg and veg dishes. The ideal candidate must have deep knowledge of local spices, cooking techniques, and authentic flavors of rural Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities:Prepare a wide variety of Maharashtrian dishes including:

• 
  
• Gavran Chicken, Mutton Curries, Kharda, Alani Soups
• Ukad, Rassa, Fry Items, and Seasonal Veg Thalis
• Maintain authentic taste, hygiene, and presentation standards
• Ensure timely preparation during peak hours and special events
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for daily inventory and prep
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety norms
• Innovate or suggest seasonal additions to enhance the menu
• Specialization in non-veg items (gavran mutton, surmai, chicken raan, etc.)
• Ability to cook on traditional chulha or gas-based system
• Basic understanding of kitchen inventory and team coordination

Candidates with experience in rural-style or thali kitchens will be preferred
