Job Title: HR Operations & Office Administration
Executive

Location: Wakad, Pune
Shift Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
Salary Range: 18,000 – 30,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented HR & Office Administration Executive who
will handle employee coordination, HR operations support, office administration, and accurate
data management. The role requires regular follow-ups with employees, maintaining HR and
operational records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Employee Management
• Maintain employee records including attendance, leaves, joining, and exit details.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with employees for attendance, task updates, and compliance.
• Support HR activities such as on-boarding documentation and employee coordination.
• Act as a point of contact between employees and management for routine HR matters.
• Assist in maintaining discipline and workplace policies.
2. Office Administration
• Ensure smooth daily office operations and coordination.
• Manage office documentation, files, and administrative records.
• Support management with scheduling, internal communication, and administrative tasks.
3. CRM & Data Management
• Maintain accurate employee and client-related data in CRM or internal systems.
• Ensure timely updates of records, reports, and follow-up logs.
• Track daily activities, attendance reports, and operational data.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation.4. Reporting & Coordination
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to employees, attendance, and operations.
• Share timely updates with management regarding follow-ups and pending actions.
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduate in any discipline (HR, Administration, or Management preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in HR operations, office administration, or coordination roles.
• Freshers with strong organizational and follow-up skills may apply.
Key Skills Required:
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent data management and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic CRM systems
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
