Job Description
Customer Relationship Management
Handle customer queries, calls, emails, and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and post-sales support.
Manage customer onboarding after booking.
Post-Sales Process
Coordinate booking formalities and documentation.
Assist customers with agreement processing, payment schedules, and registration formalities.
Track collections and send payment reminders.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
