Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Customer Care Executive to manage customer interactions and ensure smooth coordination between clients, operations, and delivery teams. The role involves handling shipment-related queries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in a fast-paced logistics environment.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats regarding shipments, deliveries, and logistics services
  • Track shipments and provide accurate, timely updates to customers
  • Address customer complaints, delays, damages, or lost shipments and ensure prompt resolution
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and delivery teams to resolve service issues
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM or logistics management systems
  • Escalate complex issues to senior staff or relevant departments when required
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, service standards, and SLAs
  • Maintain proper accounting data as per requirement & billing data of completely monthly booking
  • Collect customer feedback and report recurring issues or improvement areas
  • Support billing, documentation, and proof-of-delivery queries when required
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service (logistics, supply chain, courier, or transport industry preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Basic knowledge of logistics processes, shipment tracking, and delivery cycles
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/logistics software
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Preferred SkillsExperience with domestic or international logistics operations
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding, warehousing, or last-mile delivery
  • Multilingual skills (an added advantage)
