 Job Opening: Customer Care Support Executive (Smart Lock)Company: iPlug Smart Lock

Location: Office / Remote (as applicable)

Experience: 1–3 Years (Customer Support / Service Coordination)

Gender Preference: Female (as per role requirement)

Employment Type: Full-time

  1.  Job Responsibilities:Customer Support (Post-Installation)
  • Handle inbound & outbound calls from smart lock customers after installation.
  • Address customer queries, complaints, and objections related to lock usage.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting guidance over call or WhatsApp.
  1. Installation Coordination
  • Plan and schedule installations with customers and technicians.
  • Coordinate installation date, time, and location.
  • Ensure timely completion of installation as per company TAT.
  1. Objection Handling
  • Professionally manage objections related to:

  • Lock functioning
  • App usage
  • Battery issues
  • Installation concerns
  • Escalate technical issues to the service team when required.
  1. Feedback & Follow-up
  • Call customers after installation to collect feedback.
  • Maintain feedback records and report recurring issues to management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and positive service experience.
  1. Data & Reporting
  • Update customer details, installation status, and call remarks.
  • Maintain daily call logs and follow-up records (Excel / CRM / Google Sheet).
  • 🎯 Skills Required:Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
  • Strong objection handling and customer-handling ability
  • Polite, patient, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Forms)
  • Experience in customer support / service coordination preferred
  • 💡 Preferred Background:Experience in home automation, electronics, appliances, or service industry
  • Prior role in customer care, service coordinator, or call center
