Job Description

Job Title: Service Coordinator & Digital Marketing Executive​Role Overview​We are looking for a versatile and tech-savvy Service Coordinator & Digital Marketing Executive to join Quick Service HVAC Engineers. This is a dual-responsibility role where you will manage daily service operations and lead our digital outreach through WhatsApp Business API and social media to grow our brand in Pune.

​Key Responsibilities​1. Service Operations & Coordination (60% of Time)

  • Inquiry Management: Act as the first point of contact for customers. Handle service inquiries via phone and WhatsApp.
  • Technician Scheduling: Efficiently assign daily tasks to the technician team and track their real-time progress.
  • Billing & Payments: Ensure accurate billing for every job. Follow up on pending payments and maintain a daily "Cash-In/Cash-Out" record in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Customer Feedback: Conduct post-service calls to ensure high customer satisfaction and handle any grievances.

2. Digital Marketing & Automation (40% of Time)

  • WhatsApp API Management: Use our WhatsApp API software to automate service reminders, send promotional broadcasts, and manage customer chats.
  • Lead Generation: Respond to inquiries from Facebook, Instagram, and Google, converting them into service bookings.
  • Content Posting: Basic updates on social media pages with photos/videos of our ongoing HVAC projects.
  • Database Management: Organize and update the customer database for re-marketing and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals.
  • ​Candidate Requirements​Experience: 1–3 years in Operations, Back-office, or Digital Marketing.
  • Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, B.A., or BCA preferred).
  • Technical Skills:​High proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • ​Experience with WhatsApp Business API or any CRM software.
  • ​Familiarity with Social Media platforms (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Languages: Fluent in Marathi ,English and Hindi. Professional English (Written & Verbal) is required.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent multitasking ability, calm under pressure, and strong negotiation skills.
