Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with customers to collect material orders and work with the operations team to ensure timely fulfillment.
2. Handle all customer calls and queries related to materials and ensure prompt resolution.
3. Liaise with the operations team to plan, schedule, and execute orders efficiently.
4. Resolve service-related client issues by coordinating with internal teams.
5. Communicate with clients via email regarding new products, upsell the product and serivces.
6. Coordinate material dispatch planning and ensure smooth execution.
7. Work closely with vendors to manage execution and resolve operational issues.
8. Support the accounts team as and when required.
9. Assist the operations team whenever necessary to ensure seamless processes.
10. Maintain and update all sales data on the brand portal.
11. Prepare and submit required reports on sales, orders, and operations execution
12. Coordidate with sales team to sales order fulfillment and do necessary execution
13. Meet monthly target.
