Job Description

  • Inquiry Management & Resolution:
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Provide accurate information regarding product specifications, applications, pricing, and availability of automotive lubricants.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to order discrepancies, billing, delivery status, and technical product usage.
  • Escalate complex technical or logistical issues to the appropriate internal departments (e.g., Quality Control, Logistics, Sales Manager).

  

  • Order & Sales Support:
  • Process and track customer orders, ensuring accurate entry into the ERP/CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the Logistics and Warehouse teams to confirm delivery schedules and communicate any delays to the customer.
  • Support the Field Sales Executives by generating reports, assisting with sales documentation, and managing customer data.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Generate weekly/monthly Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and inquiry trend reports for management review.
  • Assist in creating and updating a Knowledge Base (FAQs) for common customer questions.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure problem resolution and gauge satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs and history.
