Job Description
- Inquiry Management & Resolution:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Provide accurate information regarding product specifications, applications, pricing, and availability of automotive lubricants.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to order discrepancies, billing, delivery status, and technical product usage.
- Escalate complex technical or logistical issues to the appropriate internal departments (e.g., Quality Control, Logistics, Sales Manager).
- Order & Sales Support:
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring accurate entry into the ERP/CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Logistics and Warehouse teams to confirm delivery schedules and communicate any delays to the customer.
- Support the Field Sales Executives by generating reports, assisting with sales documentation, and managing customer data.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Generate weekly/monthly Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and inquiry trend reports for management review.
- Assist in creating and updating a Knowledge Base (FAQs) for common customer questions.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure problem resolution and gauge satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs and history.
