Job Description
- Contact borrowers via calls, SMS, or WhatsApp to recover overdue payments in early delinquency buckets (0–90 days past due), NPA and Writeoff
- Negotiate repayment plans or settlements to maximize recovery and prevent NPA escalation.
- Update borrower details and call outcomes in CRM systems
- Ensure compliance with RBI’s Fair Practices Code and DRA certification standards, avoiding harassment.
- Handle borrower queries and disputes, coordinating with lenders for resolution.
- Requires DRA certification, multilingual communication, and negotiation skills.
