Job Description - Desktop Support Engineer-(NO FRESHER )

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical

assistance to our clients. You will help install, upgrade and

troubleshoot hardware systems.

If you’re computer-savvy and enjoy supporting end users, we’d like to

meet you. To succeed in this role, you should have a problem-solving

attitude along with the ability to give clear technical instructions. You

should also be familiar with remote troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities-

Address user

Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical

Support Engineer or similar role

Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments

Working knowledge of office automation products and computer

peripherals, like printers and scanners

Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs

Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear

instructions

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills tickets regarding

hardware, and networking.

NETWORK- ENGINEER

The Network Engineer will be responsible for configuring, installing, and maintaining the organization’s network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting, implementing network improvements, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors to support business operations

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, QoS).

Perform regular network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.

Monitor network performance to ensure maximum uptime, system reliability, and availability.

Analyse system resource utilization, conduct trend analysis, and plan for capacity expansion.

Provide Level 2/3 support and advanced troubleshooting for network issues.

Follow established configuration and change management procedures to ensure smooth implementation of network changes.

Implement and manage network security measures, tools, and policies in coordination with the security team.
