Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and brand growth. The candidate should be skilled in managing paid campaigns, lead generation, analytics, and optimization to drive measurable business results.

• Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns
• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation and branding
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies with cost efficiency
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
• Optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates (CRO)
• Manage SEO basics (on-page, keywords, content coordination)
• Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and copies
• Run A/B tests on ads, audiences, creatives, and landing pages
• Monitor daily ad spends, CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm changes
• Required Skills & Qualifications2+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Experience in lead-based campaigns (Real Estate experience preferred)
• Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing
• Ability to analyze data and take actionable decisions
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads is a plus
• Preferred (Added Advantage)Experience in Real Estate / High-ticket sales
