Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and impact-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and storytelling for an NGO working in youth development through sports. The role focuses on creating engaging digital content, driving visibility, and supporting outreach and fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

-Create and manage digital content across social media, website, and campaigns

-Edit short videos, reels, and highlight stories from sports programs and events

-Design creatives using tools like Canva/Adobe for campaigns, posters, and reports

-Support SEO efforts to improve website reach and organic traffic

-Plan and execute paid digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube)

-Track performance and share basic insights and reports

Skills & Experience:

-1–3 years of experience in digital marketing

-Strong video editing and graphic design skills

-Working knowledge of SEO and digital ad campaigns

-Passion for sports, youth development, and social impact
