Job Description
Position: Digital Marketing Manager (Lead Generation)
Experience: 2–5 Years
We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Manager who can generate high-quality leads and drive admissions for our IT training institute.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience in Lead Generation
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Experience in Google Ads (Search & Display)
- Understanding of conversion funnels (Landing Page / WhatsApp)
- Basic knowledge of website handling & optimization
- Team handling / leadership experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for courses through paid campaigns
- Optimize campaigns to reduce cost per lead (CPL)
- Work on landing pages and improve conversions
- Lead and manage the digital marketing team (designers, interns, executives)
- Plan and assign tasks, track team performance
- Coordinate with sales/counseling team for admissions
