Senior Paid Ads Manager / Digital Marketing Manager – Real Estate (Lead Generation)
Location - Pune
Experience - Minimum 5+ years in real estate lead generation advertising
(Residential & commercial projects – developers, channel partners only)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Paid Ads / Digital Marketing Manager who can own, scale, and optimize high-budget real estate lead generation campaigns.
You will independently handle ₹10–15 lakhs per client per month ad budgets, across multiple builder accounts, while maintaining lead quality, funnel hygiene, and performance discipline.
This is a hands-on role, not a coordination-only profile.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing OwnershipPlan, launch, and scale Google Ads & Meta Ads for real estate developers
- Handle ₹10–15 lakhs/month per builder ad budgets confidently
- Own CPL, lead quality, conversion ratios, and spend efficiency
- Execute launch, pre-launch, inventory push, and ready-possession campaigns
2. Google Ads (Mandatory – Hands-on)Search, Performance Max, Display & YouTube campaigns
- Keyword strategy for branded, non-branded & competitor terms
- Landing page alignment with intent & ad messaging
- Conversion tracking, GA4, GTM & funnel attribution understanding
3. Meta Ads – High Quality Lead GenerationExpertise in Meta Lead Forms & Landing Page campaigns
- Audience strategy: custom, lookalike, retargeting, exclusions
- Creative testing frameworks for real estate buyers
- Strong grip on lead quality optimization, not just CPL
4. Funnel & Lead Quality Control Work closely with CRM & sales automation teams
- Understand lead-to-site-visit journey
- Optimize campaigns based on sales feedback, not assumptions
- Identify junk lead patterns and fix them at source
5. Strategy & Reporting Media planning based on project type, city & ticket size
- Weekly & monthly performance reporting with insights
- Budget reallocation decisions based on ROI
- Present performance & recommendations to internal leadership
Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years experience in real estate lead generation advertising
- Proven experience managing ₹10–15 lakhs/month ad budgets per client
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Experience working with real estate developers (builders)
- Clear understanding of buyer psychology & intent-based marketing
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
