Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage paid ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Create ad copies, select creatives, and set up targeting to achieve marketing objectives.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead quality.
• Stay updated with platform policies, trends, and algorithm changes.
• Collaborate with the design and content team for high-performing ad creatives.
• Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 year of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads & Meta Ads.
• Certification course in Digital Marketing / Google Ads / Meta Ads preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of remarketing, lookalike audiences, and conversion tracking.
• Eagerness to experiment, learn, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
