Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategy & Planning

Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Identify target audiences and create digital campaigns to engage and convert them.

Plan and allocate budgets across digital channels efficiently.


2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic rankings.

Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization.

Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.


3. Search Engine Marketing (SEM / PPC)

Manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms.

Optimize ad copy, keywords, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.


4. Social Media Marketing


Plan and execute campaigns across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

Create engaging content and monitor performance metrics.

Manage community engagement and brand reputation online.


5. Content Marketing

Develop content strategies for blogs, email newsletters, videos, and infographics.

Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters for high-quality output.

Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all platforms.


6. Email & Automation Marketing

Build and manage email campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention.

Segment audiences and personalize messages using automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).


7. Analytics & Reporting


Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Meta Insights.

Prepare periodic reports on key metrics such as traffic, conversions, engagement, and ROI.

Analyze data to refine strategies and improve results.


8. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)


Test and improve landing pages, CTAs, and user flows for better conversions.

Use A/B testing and heatmaps to enhance website effectiveness.


9. Collaboration & Communication

Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
