Job Description
- Provide career and academic counselling to students based on their interests, abilities, and goals.
- Explain courses, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and career outcomes to students and parents.
- Handle walk-ins, enquiries, phone calls, and online queries professionally.
- Assist students in the admission and enrollment process (application forms, documentation, fee structure).
- Maintain student database, follow up with prospects, and ensure timely conversions.
- Conduct seminars, counselling sessions, webinars, and orientation programs.
- Keep updated with latest educational trends, courses, universities, and career opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for smooth operations.
