Electrical Design Engineer

Job Title: Electrical Designer – AutoCAD & Solar Designing

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Designer with hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD and Solar PV system designing.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing electrical drawings, solar layouts, and design documents as per project and regulatory requirements.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare electrical drawings using AutoCAD (SLD, layout, wiring diagrams).
• Design Solar PV systems (Rooftop / Ground-mounted).
• Prepare solar layout drawings, string layouts, inverter placement, and earthing layouts.
• Calculate load, cable sizing, inverter sizing, and panel capacity.
• Coordinate with project, site, and procurement teams.
• Ensure designs comply with MNRE / DISCOM / electrical safety standards.
• Revise drawings based on site conditions and client feedback.
• Maintain proper documentation of all design files.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• AutoCAD certification/course is required.
• Solar Designing course/certification required.
• Knowledge of electrical symbols, standards, and drawings.
• Basic knowledge of solar components (modules, inverters, structure, earthing).
• Good understanding of electrical safety norms.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience: Fresher or 1–2years of experience in electrical or solar designing.
• Freshers with strong AutoCAD + Solar Design knowledge can apply.
