Electrical Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Instruments Calibration and Collection/Delivery Executive to manage the calibration of various instruments and handle the collection and delivery of instruments and related documents to and from clients. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge, good time management skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  Perform calibration of instruments as per standard operating procedures and customer requirements.

  Ensure accuracy and proper functioning of instruments after calibration.

  Handle the safe collection and delivery of instruments and calibration certificates/documents to client locations.

  Maintain proper records of instruments, calibration status, and delivery schedules.

  Coordinate with the calibration team and clients for timely pickups and deliveries.

  Ensure proper packaging and safe transportation of sensitive instruments.

  Communicate effectively with clients regarding delivery timings and requirements.

  Assist in minor troubleshooting or adjustments if required at the client’s site.

  Follow safety procedures and maintain calibration tools in proper working condition.

Requirements:

  Minimum qualification: ITI Electrical / Diploma Electronics / BSC/ MSC / 12th Science pass (Technical background preferred).

  Basic knowledge of calibration processes and measuring instruments (preferred).

  Good communication and customer service skills.

  Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.

  Two-wheeler or valid driving license preferred for field visits.

  Willingness to travel to various client sites for pickups and deliveries.

Preferred:

  Experience in calibration labs or service industries.

  Familiarity with quality standards related to instrument calibration.
