Job Description:We are looking for a skilled and knowledgeable Electrical Technician Trainer to provide practical and theoretical training to students in electrical technician courses. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, guiding students in practical work, and ensuring they gain industry-ready skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct of Electrical AutoCAD & EPlan training as per Curriculum/ course.
• Good knowledge in any Electrical AutoCAD or EPlan Software and Wiring Harness Design.
• Upgrade new technologies as per business need.
• Track to batch progress time to time and report to management.
• Conduct module examination for classes.
• Helping the marketing team in doing technical workshop and seminar’s.
• Providing ideas to create new standards and support development projects.

Skills:

• Candidate must have completed [Diploma-Electrical or BE/ B.Tech] required.
• 6 month to 1 years of experience in training.
• Fresher's can also apply.
• Good designing skills with Electrical AutoCAD, EPlan tools, covering schematic design, circuit layouts, and panel drawings.
• Instruct participants on AutoCAD tools, standards, and best practices
• Able to take-up Online/Offline trainings.
• Good communication and presentations skills, self-learning and problem solving attitude.
• Industrial experience is added advantage.
