Billing, Planning, Estimation Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Estimation, Billing & Contracts to lead cost estimation, client billing, subcontractor payments, and contract management across residential/commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on project site experience, and expertise in managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities: Estimation & Tendering

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil, MEP, finishing, and infrastructure works
• Analyze drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents
• Work closely with design and planning teams to ensure scope clarity and quantity take-offs
• Prepare rate analysis based on current market trends and materials/labour availability

Billing & Measurements

• Generate client RA bills as per progress and contract terms
• Verify and certify subcontractor/vendor bills based on joint measurements
• Maintain billing logs, measurement sheets, and billing reports
• Ensure reconciliation of materials, subcontractor quantities, and cost-to-complete projections

Contracts & Commercial Management

• Draft and review subcontractor/vendor work orders and service agreements
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, variations, and escalation clauses
• Evaluate and process change orders, claims, and extension of time requests
• Support procurement team in rate negotiation and budget validation

Documentation & MIS

• Maintain proper documentation of BOQs, work orders, invoices, and correspondence
• Prepare commercial MIS reports: cost vs. budget, cash flow forecasts, billing status, etc.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and accounts team for timely processing

Key Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in estimation, billing, and contracts in the real estate or infrastructure industry
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD,
• Experience in ERP is must (Highrise preferred)
• Strong understanding of IS codes, CPWD/DSR practices, and contract law basics

Excellent in preparing rate analysis, budgeting, reconciliation, and project costing
