Factory Supervisor

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Supervise daily shop floor and production activities to meet targets. 

✔ Read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings and ensure work is completed as per specs.

✔ Lead, train and coordinate production staff to achieve productivity and quality standards. 

✔ Ensure adherence to safety, quality control, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 

✔ Monitor workflow, resolve production issues, and drive continuous improvement. 

✔ Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation.

🔹 Qualifications & Skills

🎓 Education: 12th pass & above.

🛠 Technical Skills:

* Ability to read basic engineering drawings and technical documents.

* Basic computer skills (MS Excel / Word).

* Understanding of workshop machines (lathe, milling, drilling, fabrication).

👥 Leadership Skills:

* Strong team leadership and coordination.

* Good communication and problem-solving skills.

📌 Experience:

* Minimum 2–5 years in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment preferred. 

💰 Salary & Benefits

💵 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
