We are seeking a confident and charismatic Female Actress to represent our real estate brand across digital, social media, and offline campaigns. The ideal candidate should be comfortable facing the camera, delivering engaging scripts, and connecting with diverse audiences in English, Hindi, and Marathi.  

🏢 Key Responsibilities

- Perform in promotional videos, advertisements, and client-facing presentations for real estate projects.  

- Deliver scripted and unscripted content with clarity, confidence, and emotional appeal.  

- Represent the brand in property walkthroughs, explainer videos, and testimonial-style shoots.  

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to bring campaigns to life.  

- Maintain professionalism and adaptability during shoots, events, and live sessions.  

- Ensure messaging aligns with brand values and resonates with target audiences.  

🎯 Requirements

- Female candidate with strong on-camera presence and expressive personality.  

- Excellent command over English, Hindi, and Marathi (spoken and written).  

- Prior experience in acting, anchoring, or presenting preferred (portfolio/demo reel required).  

- Ability to memorize scripts, improvise when needed, and engage audiences naturally.  

- Professional appearance and confidence in front of diverse audiences.  

- Flexible schedule to accommodate shoots, events, and promotional activities.
