Job Description
- Key Roles & Responsibilities:Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation to prospective clients
- Conduct site visits and project presentations
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Negotiate pricing and close deals in line with company guidelines
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and operations teams for documentation and booking
- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, bookings, and closures in CRM
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners
- Handle customer queries and assist with post-sales coordination until possession
- Required Skills & Competencies:Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Customer-focused approach with result orientation
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Basic knowledge of real estate laws and RERA norms
