Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Representative to generate leads, meet with clients, and achieve sales targets through in-field visits.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Visit potential and existing customers in assigned areas
- Promote company products/services and explain features & benefits
- Generate new leads and close sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up for payments
- Submit daily visit and sales reports
- Coordinate with the office/backend team
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in the field
- Two-wheeler preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp reporting
- Target-oriented mindset
