Field Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive for EDC at Paytm, you will be responsible for acquiring new merchants, onboarding them to Paytm’s EDC (POS) ecosystem, and driving daily active usage in the assigned area. The role is a field-sales role focused on growing Paytm’s EDC market presence in the PCMC region.

Identify and onboard retailers, SMEs, and merchants for Paytm’s EDC devices.

Demonstrate the features and benefits of EDC to potential clients.

Manage end-to-end onboarding including documentation, KYC, and training.

Ensure timely device installation and merchant activation.

Achieve monthly targets for merchant acquisition and transactions.

Handle merchant queries and provide on-ground support post onboarding.

Build strong relationships to ensure high levels of merchant satisfaction and retention.

Monitor competitive activity and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
