Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities: •Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and its services.

• Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening. • Present and explain the benefits of our shipping solutions, addressing client needs and concerns

. • Undertake field sales activities, including visiting industrial areas, factories, and business hubs to generate new leads and strengthen client relationships. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and conversion. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system regularly.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and defined KPIs.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to enhance sales effectiveness.

• Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on client interactions and market insights

. Qualifications: •Proven experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the shipping or international logistics industry.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach. •Strong negotiation and business acquisition skills, with the ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.

•Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

. •Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. •

Knowledge of shipping terminology, processes, and industry regulations will be an added advantage.

•MBA in Marketing or International Business (IB) will be a plus; candidates with a bachelor’s degree in any
