Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of banking automation products like Note Counting Machine & Note Sorting Machines kiosks, Cheque Scanners and related hardware/software systems. The engineer ensures optimal functionality and uptime of devices to support smooth banking operations and customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Installation & Commissioning:
• Install, configure, and commission banking automation equipment at client or branch locations.
• Ensure devices are integrated with banking systems and tested for functionality.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of Machines.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software issues on site.
• Replace defective parts and components in a timely manner.
• Monitoring & Reporting:
• Maintain service logs and documentation for all maintenance activities.
• Generate reports on breakdowns, repairs, and downtime incidents.
• Customer & Vendor Coordination:
• Respond to service calls from bank branches or HO
• Coordinate with office and HO for escalations or part replacements.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites as required.
• Work Conditions: Field-based role; frequent travel to bank branches.
• On-call support during weekends or non-working hours may be required.
• Physical ability to handle equipment and tools
