Field Service Technician

Job Description: Key Responsibilities:

·        On-Site Calibration & Testing: Travel to client sites (manufacturing industries, Service Industries, Software Industries, utilities, etc.) to perform precise calibration, adjustment, and testing of a wide range of industrial instruments, including pressure gauges, temperature sensors (RTDs, thermocouples), transmitters, flow meters, analytical instruments, and process control equipment.

·        Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose malfunctions and performance issues in instrumentation systems. Perform necessary repairs, replacements, and corrective actions to restore equipment to specified tolerances.

·        Documentation & Compliance: Generate detailed, legible, and accurate calibration record sheets, work completion reports, service reports and other documentation. Maintain the records of all service activities.

·        Client Interaction & Support: Serve as the primary technical point of contact at the client site. Professionally communicate findings, procedures, and recommendations. Provide basic training and guidance to client personnel on instrument care and operation.

·        Tool & Standard Management: Safely handle, transport, and maintain company-owned calibration standards, test equipment, and tools. Ensure all equipment is within its own calibration cycle and suitable for use.

·        Safety Champion: Strictly follow all company and client-site safety protocols, including safe equipment requirements, safety procedures, and hazardous area regulations. Promote a culture of safety in every task.

Required Qualifications

and Experience:

·        Education: 

Ø 12th Science,

Ø ITI in Instrumentation/Electrical/ Electronics/Mechanical,

Ø Diploma in Instrumentation/Electrical/ Electronics/Mechanical,

Ø B.Sc. or

Ø any technical education in a relevant field.

Note: We don’t require a degree holder in engineering.
