About Us:

Dax Fleets and Logistics Private Limited is an expanding taxi rental company engaged in corporate and commercial mobility solutions. Our fleet primarily consists of Maruti Ertiga (Petrol & CNG) vehicles operated under structured rental and driver-assigned models.

Position: Taxi Operations ManagerExperience Required:

Minimum 1 years experience in taxi rental / cab aggregation / fleet operations

(Pune market experience preferred)

• Key Responsibilities:Recruit, verify, and onboard experienced taxi drivers
• Assign company taxis to reliable drivers who can maintain vehicles as their own
• Daily monitoring of vehicle operations, driver behavior, and discipline
• Ensure proper handling of vehicles, cleanliness, servicing, and minor maintenance
• Manage driver documentation (DL, Aadhaar, police verification, badges, etc.)
• Coordinate vehicle deployment as per business requirements
• Reduce vehicle downtime and misuse
• Act as a bridge between management and drivers
• Handle driver-related issues, replacements, and retention
• Requirements:Strong understanding of Pune taxi market
• Experience handling Ertiga / MUV fleet
• Good network of professional drivers
• Ability to judge driver reliability and responsibility
• Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, reporting)
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Honest, disciplined, and field-oriented personality
• Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience)
